Alternative Sport Pathway
Premier League Inspires is a secondary education and training programme that supports children and young people who are at risk of not achieving their full potential, as they move through the education system and early adulthood.
Why the project is needed?
Mae 26% o bobl ifanc nad ydynt yn llwyddo i gael TGAU yn gallu treulio 6-12 mis heb fod mewn addysg, cyflogaeth na hyfforddiant.
How did we help?
Rydyn ni wedi teilwra cefnogaeth i ddatblygu sgiliau meddal, fel rheoli sefyllfaoedd anodd, gweithio fel tîm a gwytnwch.
What are the results?
Dywedodd 71% o’r cyfranogwyr wrthym eu bod yn deall sut i gael gafael ar gyfleoedd cyflogaeth yn y dyfodol.

In these sessions, Rhys has grown in maturity and has recognised in himself his potential and ability to achieve with focus. Importantly, Rhys has understood how to engage in his learning, and this has impacted on his approach to his other subjects. Rhys has enjoyed the learning approach in these sessions, and it is this that has helped Rhys grow in confidence that has impacted his learning elsewhere." - Sarah Long, Learning Manager at St Johns The Baptist School, Aberdare.
