Mae Clwb 1927, sy’n cwrdd bob pythefnos rhwng 10am a 12pm yn ystafell y Gymdeithas Cefnogwyr Anabl ar Lefel 3 yn Stadiwm Dinas Caerdydd, yn gyfle i bobl â dementia hel atgofion am eu hangerdd dros Ddinas Caerdydd a chymryd rhan mewn gweithgareddau gydag eraill sydd wedi cael diagnosis tebyg.

Gan weithio gyda Chymdeithas Alzheimer’s Cymru, Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Caerdydd a’r Fro a Sporting Memories, mae Clwb 1927 yn darparu canolfan gymdeithasol yn Stadiwm Dinas Caerdydd ar gyfer unigolion sy’n byw gyda dementia yng Nghaerdydd a Bro Morgannwg.

The 1927 Club was made possible by the Premier League and Professional Footballer's Association Players’ Fund. Administered through the Premier League Foundation, the funding helps football clubs to tackle inequality and respond to local challenges, supporting people and their communities to be more inclusive.

This season, 74 projects are being delivered across the Premier League and English Football League supported by the Premier League and PFA in their local communities.

Funded projects have engaged more than 250,000 unique participants in more than 350,000 sessions across England and Wales and are supported by current and former professional football players, and scholars, to enhance the impact on participants.
