A huge thank you to everyone who attended the unveiling of our new 5 Year Strategic Plan Changing Lives, Transforming Communities on 21st September.
Lynne Neagle MS, Deputy Minister for Mental Health and Wellbeing, joined us to support our launch and we enjoyed spending time with stakeholders, funders and partners to introduce our gameplan for a brighter future.
We firmly believe that football clubs are at their best when they’re at the heart of their communities, inspiring hope, passion and a sense of belonging.

Cardiff City FC Community Foundation has launched its first-ever 'Stadium of Tomorrow' competition — a creative environmental challenge using Minecraft, designed to spark imagination and embed sustainability into local classrooms across South Wales.
£30K grant funds football sessions to help young people in South Wales to stay safe and connected
Cardiff City FC Community Foundation will deliver 80 free Premier League Kicks sessions for 8–25-year-olds, combining football with workshops on youth safety, wellbeing and community engagement.
