Luke Takeuchi

Luke has worked in the affordable housing sector for over 22 years across England and Wales. He has extensive experience in overseeing stakeholder management, regeneration, development of new homes, private and public finance and strategic planning and governance. Having previously held Director of Operations roles, Luke has worked as Chief Executive of RHA Wales Housing Assocation for almost a decade and has more recently taken on the role of Deputy Group CEO at Beacon Cymru Group, one of Wales largest social landlords. Luke also has a keen interest in the link between health and housing and has Chaired the Regional Partnership Board for Cwm Taf Morgannwg.
