Bluebirds WellBeing Pathway

Creating safe spaces for adults to stay active and connected.

At Cardiff City FC Community Foundation, we believe in the power of football and community to change lives, and transform communities. Our Bluebirds Wellbeing Pathway offers a range of weekly activities designed to support physical health, mental wellbeing, and social inclusion.

If you are an individual, community member, or professional looking for wellbeing opportunities for yourself or someone you support, you can explore our weekly activities at Cardiff City Stadium and surrounding locations. Whether it’s fitness, social connection, or tailored support, there’s a safe space for everyone.
