As part of Cardiff City FC Foundation’s ongoing commitment to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I), we have developed an ED&I Action Plan, which we are publishing for the purposes of transparency and accountability.
Our plan sets out steps to ensure that ED&I is embedded in our organisational culture, throughout all of our services and is a key consideration in everything we do.
We are proud of the progress we have made so far but fully recognise that we have a long way to go on this journey.
We would welcome further dialogue and engagement with the communities we serve, in order to achieve and build upon the actions set out in the document.
