We’re hosting trials for the Community Foundation’s futsal squad at Ocean Park Arena, giving young people in Years 11–13 the opportunity to study while representing Cardiff City FC.
On Sunday 27th March, a group of Cardiff City supporters ran over 13 miles in the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise vital funds for Cardiff City FC Foundation.

Bartley Bluebird has raise a brilliant amount of money
So far, our runners have raised a remarkable £3,100 that will go towards supporting children, young people and families across South Wales achieve their full potential.
This was the first time that Cardiff City’s official mascot Bartley Bluebird ran on behalf of the Foundation, completing the race in just over two and a half hours.

Foundation Director, Gavin Hawkey, said:

Young people from Eastern High School represented Cardiff City FC Community Foundation and joined hundreds from across England and Wales in this year’s Premier League Inspires Challenge celebration, a national event that uses football to empower 11–to-18-year-olds through life skills, mentoring, and social action.
