We’re hosting trials for the Community Foundation’s futsal squad at Ocean Park Arena, giving young people in Years 11–13 the opportunity to study while representing Cardiff City FC.

At Cardiff City FC Community Foundation, we provide a variety of pathways for young people to pursue. Every individual's journey is unique, and we're committed to helping people develop game changing life skills that will set them up for success.

Secured a place on the Sport and Media degree at Cardiff Metropolitan University, with a passion for social media and content creation within football clubs. "I’m excited to put my graphic design skills into practice and make the most of the media equipment available."
Secured a place on the BA (Hons) Sports Business and Management degree at Cardiff City FC Community Foundation, with ambitions to work within football clubs managing players. "I'm excited to continue my journey with the Foundation and gain valuable placement and work experience at Cardiff City Football Club."
Secured a place on the Foundation Degree in Community Football Coaching and Development at Cardiff City FC Community Foundation, with the goal of continuing part-time coaching work at the Foundation and ultimately securing a full-time role. "I'm excited to gain my coaching badges and licences while continuing to make a positive impact in the community."
Secured a place on a Psychology degree at Cardiff Metropolitan University, with the aim of applying her knowledge to a career in sports psychology. "I'm keen to develop new skills and training that can be applied to sport, and to gain insight into the behind-the-scenes workings of sports organisations."
Secured a place on the Sport Performance Analysis course at Cardiff Metropolitan University, having overcome significant challenges and health concerns, with ambitions to build a career in football. "I'm looking forward to embracing early adulthood, meeting new people, and continuing to learn and grow."

Young people from Eastern High School represented Cardiff City FC Community Foundation and joined hundreds from across England and Wales in this year’s Premier League Inspires Challenge celebration, a national event that uses football to empower 11–to-18-year-olds through life skills, mentoring, and social action.
