At Cardiff City FC Community Foundation, we provide a variety of pathways for young people to pursue. Every individual's journey is unique, and we're committed to helping people develop game changing life skills that will set them up for success.

Secured a place on the Sports Coaching and Development at University of South Wales, with a passion to develop the next generation of players. "I’m excited to make new connections and meet new people with similar ambitions."
Secured a place on the Foundation Degree in Community Football Coaching and Development at Cardiff City FC Community Foundation, with ambitions to work in his local area. "I'm excited to continue my journey with the Community Foundation and grow my knowledge."

Isabella Celebrates a Summer to Remember
Young Bluebird, Isabella, impressed coaches at a Kellogg’s Football Camp with her resilience, confidence and love for the game. Her efforts were recognised with a ‘Player of the Week’ award and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a Cardiff City mascot against AS Roma.
