5k A Day Challenge

Whether you decide to run, walk, swim or cycle, cover 5km a day this August to support the Community Foundation!

The challenge is simple - 5km done your way, every day, over the course of a month.

You could take the family on a walk, head out for a run in the sun, or grab the goggles and go swimming! Whether you’re looking for a way to keep the family active this summer or you’re training for the season ahead, 5k a Day is your opportunity to challenge yourself, all for a meaningful cause.

The virtual challenge is free to enter and once you've raised £25, you’ll receive your free fundraising pack with a Cardiff City FC Community Foundation branded t-shirt. And if you smash your target and raise over £100, you’ll get a Community Foundation medal.

We also have some exciting prizes up for grabs for our top fundraisers, including a signed football and Cardiff City FC Community Foundation branded goodies. Sign up below!

Please note: You will need to keep a record of your daily 5km distance and share your stats with our fundraising team once completed.

TOGETHER, WE'RE CHANGING THE GAME.

All funds raised go directly towards our work to change lives and transform communities. Your support will help us to tackle inequalities and overcome barriers, by helping people across South Wales to achieve their full potential.
