For kids who ‘love football’


We provide football coaching sessions for players of all abilities. Soccer Schools are aimed at boys and girls between the ages of 4 and 12 years and are tailored for all abilities regardless of playing experience, delivered by UEFA qualified coaches, organised in a safe and fun environment.

They consist of structured training sessions and fun football related activities, as well as visits to Cardiff City stadium for tours and training. The courses are run in a range of areas across South Wales including Cardiff and the Vale, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil, Brecon and Newport. They are run during half term and summer holiday periods and range from single day to five day courses.

Our ‘Football 4 All’ Coaching Centres, in Cardiff and the Vale, RCT and Merthyr Tydfil are for children 4 – 16 years.  ‘book here’ .

Disability Sport Participants


We provide participants of all disability backgrounds with enrichment and outcomes based activities. Our Disability Football: Every Player Counts programme is the largest in Wales. We also run Blind and VI football, deaf football (6 teams) the deaf programme is the largest in the UK, learning disability football (3 teams), Down’s Syndrome and physical disability teams.

Women & Girls


We provide outreach football coaching and physical activity sessions at 3 turn up & play centres and numerous secondary schools. We are committed to providing female players with the opportunity to enjoy the game and develop their abilities in conjunction with the Club through various programmes aimed at different age groups and abilities. We aim to offer a pathway where participants can engage and excel and progress into regional and national squads as well as represent Cardiff City in the Welsh Women’s Premier League.

The Foundation works closely with key partners such as FAW, FAW Trust, SW Women & Girls League and SWFA, to ensure that all stakeholders in women and girls’ provision are working towards the National Strategy to increase participation and retention.
